Our mission is to enable prefabricators to extend their offerings allowing them to provide more value through simple, intuitive automation tools. We do this because we believe this is the key to bringing much needed affordable housing to people around the world

Who we are

We are a team of passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds striving to bring next-generation automation technology to the construction industry. The synergistic combination of our skills, encompassing material science, processing, cloud computing, robotics, machine learning as well as construction experience and sales, is what enables us to tackle the toughest problems experienced by offsite prefabricators.

Tomasz Cwik

Founder & CEO

The Spray-R team is led by Tomasz who is a passionate and curious innovator. With multiple years of innovation and new market development experience, Tomasz strives to bring the latest technologies and business practices into fruition. His strong material science and engineering background enable him to understand customers' problems on a deeper level.

Tomasz holds PhD in Aerospace Engineering and MSc in Composite Materials from Imperial College London (UK). He obtained MBA from Mannheim University (Germany), as well as BEng (Hons) in Robotics & Mechatronics from AGH University of Science and Technology (Poland) and BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ulster (UK).

Erik Metz

Founder & CTO

Erik is the second pillar of Spray-R, who leads Spray-R technology development and operations. With more than 15 years of experience in designing and installing various robotic plants. Erik is pursuing his passion for making peoples' life safer and more fulfilling. He does this by eliminating the more hazardous and labor-intensive operations via robotics and automation.

Erik obtained MSc in Digital Economy and Leadership from Management Center Innsbruck - The Entrepreneurial School (Austria) and BEng in Automation Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern (Germany).
